公司成立于2008年1月，注冊資本1億元，是哈投集團的全資子公司。

       公司主要從事哈爾濱市“民生工程”的投資、融資與建設。先后參與了棚戶區改造項目和市政道路建設工程，累計完成融資額55億元。2013年受市政府委托負責香坊區公濱路棚戶區改造項目資金的籌措以及回遷安置用房的建設，累計完成投資8億元，建設回遷房1232套，廉租房41套、公租房85套。

The company was founded in January 2008 with registered capital of RMB 100 million, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hatou Group.

The company mainly engaged in the investment, financing and construction of "livelihood project" in Harbin. It has successively participated in the shanty town renovation project and municipal road construction project, completing the accumulative financing of RMB 5.5 billion.
